
CANCELLATION ORDER MECHANICS
Please read the company’s cancellation order policy and and abide by the following conditions should you wish to cancel your transaction
1. Purchaser requesting to cancel their order have forty-eight (48) hours before the delivery date to do so
(Cancellation of placed order/s must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before your requested delivery date)
2. Cancellation requests must have the complete purchaser information and the reason for the cancellation
(Only cancellation request with complete purchaser’s information and valid reason for cancellation will be processed by the comp
3. An e-mail and/or SMS will be sent by the company for approved cancellation request
(Approved cancellation request Approved cancellation request will be confirmed via e-mail and/or SMS)
4. The requesting party will be refunded the cost of order less one hundred pesos (Php100.00) handling fee
(Approved cancelled order/s will be refunded the cost of ordered item less the handling fee of one hundred pesos (Php 100.00)
5. Refund for the cancelled order will be made within seventy-hours (72) after the approval of the request
6. Payment for refund will be made via GCash only
7. The company reserves the right to validate the reason for cancellation, Only request with valid reasons will be approved
(The company reserves the right to validate the reason for cancellation, Should the reason for the cancellation request is unacceptable or not made within the prescribed period, no refund will be considered and transaction will still consummate.
FAQs
1. What if the actual purchaser cannot be present during the delivery?
Any representative can receive the product in behalf of the actual purchaser with a valid ID from the purchaser and the receiving person
2. Until when can we change the order details?
Change on the transaction details (eg. delivery address, change in the number of orders) must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the delivery date
3. Is there a special price for bulk order?
Yes. An order is considered bulk is the number of items purchased in single transaction is at least twenty five (25) items. Our Sales Agent will inform the purchaser of the discounted price via e-mail and/or SMS
4. How would we know if our order is placed?
An e-mail and/or SMS will be sent to the purchaser to confirm the receipt of the placed order
5. What if, for some unforeseen circumstance, nobody is present to receive the order?
Should the delivery of the item/s on the requested date is unsuccessful, the purchaser can e-mail for a new delivery date after paying the new delivery fee of Php
6. What if I have concerns over the delivered product/s?
For concerns about the delivered items, the purchaser is requested to take document (eg. take a picture) and e-mail tasteofchristmas@marketsocial.ph within twenty-four (24) hours after the receipt of the product
